On the match statistics charts there is always a a column with a percentage labled "withdrawn from match", does anyone know approximately what percent of these withdrawn people prematched and what happened to the rest in general termes?

This is something between applicants and residency programs, nobody exactly knows the percent.
But you can find out about programs offer prematch this year, if you compare their quote on FRIEDA and NRMP.
