Hi FRIENDS,
My best friend's visa got rejected today in CHENNAI due to lack of ties in India,
He has lot of property here,but failed to convince the officer due to shock "when he told ur visa is rejected".
so friends,pls answer my questions,
Is it possible to reapply immediately within ten days,
If yes,can we apply now in NEW DELHI,
Pls reply,it's urgent.

it does not matter where you apply from. They have a central system and your information will come up on screen.
You have to look again on your application and try to find ways to convince the visa officer by showing strong ties. Is he married (that will be a strong tie), is he still in the medical school. etc

I had been to chennai for my cs exam and step-3. I observed only one thing,please don`t panic.They are just trying to see your skills ---as doctors we gotta face all issues without nervousness. For my CS exam i got for 3 months and at port of entry i got for 6 months. sECOND TIME I GOT FOR 10 YEARS.I made it sure to return before 180 days. ALWAYS SHOW UP YOUR SMILY FACE and please answer only upto the point and politely and slowly. Always be honest to the officer. one more thing-Property is issue for student visa and not for tour visa. I donn know but there is a wrong rumour abt chennai consulate,may be this rumor is making doctors scary. No offence but i was only trying to hight light the fact abt my experience.
