Answer: c) frusemide. The likely cause of the arrhythmias is hypomagnesaemia and hypokalaemia, which is most commonly associated with diuretic use.

Ya true i dint notice low K also but in alcoholic also we commonly see low mag levels and ca also(not indicated here tho)b/c of malnutrition, malabsorption, diarrhea, and Mag and ca contribute to alcoholic tetany and cardiac arrhythmia so answered but simply ignored pot levels was bit tricky
