Pulses.P can be seen in hypovolemic shock..not sure abt septic shock--->may be E

COPD could be associated with puls. paradoxus, b c it can have RHF, even more in asthma the presence of puls. paradox. is a poor prognostic sign, so i think the answer ic C --> MYOCARDITIS
I ruled out Pulm embol. b c of Ac cor pulmonale ----> hypotension
