Pt is virilized,not just hirusutinism.. Adrenal tumour ?

In ovarian carcinoma u will see enlargment abdomen (ascite) even before any complications.
Should be ascite if this is ovarian Cr.

A. Drug induced hirsuitsm. Patient is on radioactive iodine treatment for hyperthyroidism and the treatment has destroyed more thyroid cells than needed so now she is drifting into hypothyroidism a common side effect of treatment

PCOS around Puberty
Adrenal Tumor can be a presentation of females around 40 n secondly virilized pt.
CAH early presentation.
Drug induced will be presented differently
