All of the following are generally associated with secondary polycythemia EXCEPT

(A) Cushing cyndrome
(B) Uterine myomata
(C) Hypernephroma
(D) Gastric malignancy
(E) Cerebellar hemangiomas

mmm..Tricky Question..

For sure...I could rule out-Cushings--Polycythemia may be the initial manifestation of cushings..

Hypernephroma--->of course--yes
Uterine myoma--->known to secrete erythropoietin
Cerebellar hemangioblastoma--->Have a sense that it would have Polycythemiawink

Is it gastric malignancy....NEW?
