Dec Precapillary Arteriolar Resistence will cause more Blood Flow in the Vessel right unless u r not decreasing the Capillary hydrostatic Pressure then it wont result in edema. thats wht i think. Not Good at this. If i m wrong Plz Explain to me where i m wrong.
