Darling, it's gotta be right coz Marfan's has aortic aneurysem leading to insufficiency! Problem with the elastic membrane due to defective fibrillin protein. READ IT NOW!

i think its the Mitral Part which is COngenital but yes there will be Congenital Aortic Insufficiency ==> Aortic Dissection
