in the application they ask for 1st name,middle and last/surname.
my name is aim08,surname is xyz.on my diploma and transcript its xyz aim08.then in application they ask how the name is written in diploma and transcript. so a per my diploma is xzy my fist name?since surname is written 1st and then my name?

Ur Dilemma is that u r asking that wht ur name shud be as its in th etranscript right.
When they say that ur name shud be as the One in ur Trasncript they mean u shud havethe Same First n Last Name no changes. If they r the Same n UrSchool Records show the same thing then it will be fine.

my transcipt has it as xyz img08.in that my name is img08 surname is xyz.its just that surname is preceeding my name.so do i still need to proove its one and same person?

after filling the application ,ecfmg will send it as img08 xyz.coz is customary to write the surname in the end here.

Look they have been dealing with a lot of IMGs SO they wht ur Suname is written as in ur TRanscripts Unless there is a Mistake in the Original Transcript( Spelling Mistake orChange Of Name) U shudnt be worried abt it Furthermore where r u located at right now. 2ndly when u fill up the Application Form n U write ur first name n ur surname it will make them understand they will also be sending a copy to ur College or University for Verification, So dont worry its all gonna be fine
Nope u wont have to Prove it that its the Same person.
