I just start getting the chills now, I might take a sweter just in case.
I had a really low NBME 4 330 on march7,my UW was 48, but hey I learn about stuff I did not knew that I need it to know, and the easy questions of the topicsI did not like in the past, now I have a chance to get it right
At the moment I'm just redoing UW with the topics that I had really low % and reading about them and now I have a really good idea about them, any questions I see related I'm able to understand of what they are talking about.
I'm planning to take another NBME in 2 weeks, so in April 15, lets hope I score more then 450 to be on the safe side.
I have seen people incrementing theire NBME score to more than 100, only using UW and reviweing I hope I'm one of them.
I'm doing NBME 2
If you have any suggestions,comments, advise,words of encouragement, telling me the truth, please do so, is better to know the truth.

good luck gogeta with your preparation...just try and remember as many points as yu can and then keep adding more to it and remember it in whatever way that works for you...and then collectively all that knowledge will definitely improve your scores. i believe that we just need to work harder if our scores need improvement. good luck buddy.

hey there, dont be dejected coz i was at your stage a few months back see i took nbme 1 and got really low 300 on it and after a month review of just 40 % of usmle world. i took nbme 2 and got 400 so this thing really works,. ofcourse you need determination, as suggested by someone i am taking nbme 4 on 20th april and my exam date is 5th may. i took step 1 in nov 2006 but didnt do well and got just 161/66 so, this time i am sure and definitely positive to do well just dont give up and assimilate whatever you read kaplan+ fa+ goljan+ uw is the best you can do qbank if you want too but i wont recommend, maybe just skim through it thats all then all the best have fun and remember what i learnt recently " ITS THE JOURNEYS THAT BRING YOU MOST HAPPINESS AND NOT THE DESTINATIONS" ENJOYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY

Thanks guy, for the support.
It seems that is true about raising your NBME score wile learning from UW.
So if NBME4 is as hard as people say, and I got a 330, and now I'm more prepare and using ALOT of UW, and NBME 2 was in the past the most accurate, I hope I'm in the 450.
