a lot of radiology doctors trained else where are now coming in to the u.s to do fellowships and also can be board certifed .do you think its fair ? its not the same for paediatrics or medicine or ent or for that matter any other highly competitive feild.getting radiology residency is very difficult for imgs as it highly competitive like wise are other feilds too like ortho,ent,optho etc,why then its not possible for them?just a thought.its not easy for an othro doc to do i.m resdiency all over coz he has no option,more over why cant he do fellowships in othro for 4yrs and be board certified?
its not a fair thing happening.like how u.k had been flooded with imgs due to easy way out,there are a lot of radiologists flooding in.
