I am an IMG planning to apply for 2008 match, i want to bring LORS from my professors of my school. My question is, as i do not have any AAMC id yet, how should i mention it on the LOR. thanks.

U might be having a USMLE ID number. Mention it after your name for example - Dr.abc (USMLE ID: 0-111-222-3). I think that should be enough. If not ,you have to wait for the ERAS to open again, I think some time in the end of May, get an AAMC number ,then get ur LORS.

Not a big deal, as long as they write your name correctly. ECFMG number is enough if you want to have a number on your letter.
