Is this a case of pneumothorax or pleural effusion? I think the right side is somehow blunted and may suggest the presence of fluid?

Guys in a pneumothorax the trachea is deviated here it is central this is not plural effusion either this is a panic attack and the treatment is bed rest and sedative therapy come on this was an easy question

ram3 wrote: in a pneumothorax the trachea is deviated here it is central As far as i know, the trachea is typically deviated in TENSION pneumo. This patient doesn't have tension pneumo because his vitals are stable. This is symptomatic non-tension pneumo...needs chest tube.

i still disagree so everyperson who presents with chest pain you are going to insert chest tube come on guys thats invasive you would need more information to say this is pneumothorax which it is not
