did few more topics form Gyn kapln text, stopped on q6 of Genitourinary.
Monday: 6am-8am Hemat UW q's
10am-5pm Hemat+Nephro kaplan text.
8pm-10 Genitouri explns.

So it seems we all three are dancing in the same boat . Thanks justdoit for ur kind wishes. Dr.Luck you're progress is very impressive. I should say you are my star . wish u the best too.
Ok today before writing in here I was completing my yesterday's target..abit of pedia was left which I thought to finish. I still left the adolescent health chap and milestones chap. anyways there are 2-3 chaps more that I dont remember anything..especially the fliud and hemodynamics ...so volatile..but I have to move on and later work more on pedia as i have the last reading session in May.
today Im going to start Obgyn. its mid day. I will either do obgyn quest only till night...or review kaplan too as and when required..but I have only 2and half days for obgyn from now.
going to take a small nap before beginning .
yes Sera, Im taking exam on 31st May. NBME will be on 8th May GOD WILLS.
A prayer for me and all those who are struggling to cope up with life situations along with the exam...

so i woke up today morning did study for 1.5 hrs did only 20 q's of hem& onc,will start hemat kaplan text now,its abt 10am,see u

i did 50 IM q's from kaplan q bank. then started reading surgery notes from UW. still doing that. now getting tired. but i have to finish the notes tonight.

Tuesday 24th april.
Wow sera you did all the surgery notes from UW. very nice . Good progress shiana.
I did half UW notes( obgyn) and 50 obgyn quest from q bank yesterday.
Today will finish UW notes ( obgyn) and 100 questions of Obgyn...then Im done with UW and kaplan q bank. tomorrw will do kaplan book ( obgyn)--> not all topics but only those that were'nt covered by q bank and uw.
starting my day now. its 5.30am.

sera shaina do you know the latest edition of FA in market....Im unable to get it in my country..will it be ok if I start reading from 5th edition.I will see if I can manage..too long book but I think all success stories have FA in their list...I feel I must do it.

did 85 questions with exaplainations...now 42% of Q bank done..68% aggregate so far. Got 82% in obgyn. but questions were easy
read some UW notes on obgyn and now time to sleep..very tired as i didnt take a nap today..
tomorrow 50 more questions on obgyn and then done with the questions..will do kaplan notes also tomnorrow.

well staretd my routine,did 25 q's of hemat UW,9-11am
12-3 kapln text dermat +eye
i will try to do FA,resuming after gap of 1week,i am daring to start FA as i guess its must and i have few weks at hand will see later,
at night will do 9-11pm:UW(genitouri)

hi
did 90 kaplan q bank surgery q's. scored 72 and 76. questions were easy...i did some stupid mistakes. now doing the explanations.
first aid is indeed tempting. really confused about doing it.
i remember one friend saying it takes one month to do it thoroughly.
i hope i make a right decision about doing it or not doing it and then stick to it.
i have month but i have to revise kaplan notes and UW . i have to take nbme and do many more q's.
i'll appreciate any good advice.

Wednesday 25th.
shaina sera surprising I too thought of doing FA yesterday. I went through the pages and its doable I felt. So I'll start it and lets see how it goes. everything is so unpredictable for me..I might leave it midway too..but see for ur self sera as doing questions is equally imp and if u havent done enough u must concentrate on that first.
today will read 1/3rd of obgyn kaplan book and 50 obgyn questions with explainations
I figured out that I will take 3 days to finish obgyn from kaplan. so will do it 27th.
8th May is NBME day. So from 9th may will begin my review of kaplans FINAL ROUND.
as time passsing by Im getting faster and faster. plz God give us strength to go through this hard time.

hi nikki,i have 5th edition is thats new ,sera ,i know its very confusing ,i will do only IM and peds from it and my frind sugested Rapid review and dermat is must,
basically we need to be so thorough in Ck stuff that it shud looks impe if we read from any book,so doing FA at this point shud be ok,sera,but u really give it a deep thought and also i am puting only 1-1.5 hr.
so 12-5i just did dermat kaplan and UW 25 q's of dermat.
so will try to do FA before bedtime,
anways now geting up for dinner,family time.
sera ur scores are very encouraging.nikki u r acing obgy.wonderfull girls keep it up

shaina Im starting FA today though have planned 20 pages everynight..lets see how many I manage today..cant give more than 1.5hours a day. thanks for the info..I will not miss dermat and rappid review.
Today i thought of doing Obs from FA ( 23 pages). plz keep sharing what you are liking in FA and what others keep suggesting not to miss. I read 4 chaps of obstretics kaplan so far.
Now lunch time. then will do 50 obgyn quest and then some more kaplan chaps of obs and at bed time FA ( obs)

did more chaps from kaplan with Fa side by side ( obs) In FA I dont find anything extra thats not in kaplan so far!
did 50 questions ( obgyn)too..its evening now will have to read the explainbations before I collapse.
Tomorrow have to do gyn...i think FA will help in that. lets see.
back to studies.

i didnt complete the explanations of q's i did yesterday. started looking at FA. just did the ortho tables in musculoskeletal system in FA. and then just flipped pages to have an idea what's inside FA. just trying to get familiar with the book first.
i guess i'll look at pics and do some tables whenever i'll get time. i wont read it inside out.
today finished yesterday's explanations of q's and now started surgery kaplan. right now doing the trauma chapter.
tomorrow i have to go to the passport office dont have time for these things. i hope i dont get a headache like last time after coming back home. i'll try to finish surgery tomorrow. i should do as many chapters as i can tonight.

I finished explainations. as i wrote went through FA obs...I really dont feel its worth it. Becuase I am more comfortable with kaplan and there is nothing extra in FA. My personal oppinion
...as shiana said derma and rappid review..will try to do these only. I found crush better all over...have done some too..will complete this only. this is FINAL from my side.
a friend told me that its very imp to revise UW questions..so Im trying to fix that in my schedule for next month.
Plz shaina and sera keep sharing your plans..though it will be better for us to stick to our own orelse too much anxiety but its good to know eachothers too for motivation.
Sera take a dispirin in advance.
going to sleep now. tomorrw have to start Gyn and do quest of surgery (Q bank.)...so far 44% q bank done.
