Yes, I did NBME module 1, the first of the list... and i tell you what... i actually did 209 in that and 208 in the real one... so, some variability played it's trick there.

My study schedule was Mon to Fri from 3pm to 7:30pm or sometimes a little more. Weekends all day at the library, effective time there... 6-8 hours e/d.
But i think that is crucial to limit the resources. Really, i had so much stuff i didn't ever opened... i used the kaplan lectures only for Anatomy, Physiology, Microbiology and Pharmacology...
Never touched the rest... all the rest was trusted upon FA, a little bit of Step Up and the USMLE World QBank experience... they are worst than the real thing, i sucked with 55% overall... or 52% can't remember... but its very useful to pinpoint strengths and weaknesses.
