Losartan is an AT-1 Receptor blocker. AT-II pressor effects are mediated by AT1 receptors. These receptors are widespread in organs and tissues but are found predominately in vascular and myocardial tissue, the liver, the adrenal cortex (i.e., the zona glomerulosa tissue, which secretes aldosterone) and some areas of the brain.

SO i would say Blood Volume Doesnt decrease dramatically but in time does n ANP shud be decreased.
