Would anyone know if the work experience matters more or USMLE scores? Since I Have a very short period of medical experience outside USA, but have USMLE score in Step 1 in early 90s. Is it a good thing ? Does that affect my CV much more? or is it better to have a long experience with a somewhat lower USMLE score? if any one can help me please.

it depends on the program u apply. 
its nice to have lil bit of experience with good scores.
