4 ?

arterial thrombosis occur at region were endothelium has hemodynamic damages (see atherosclerosis) versus venous thrombosis that occur in case of stasis

shocked
oops sorry I read it fast and was thinking "characteristic of arterial cloth versus a venous one" ...sorry

Maybe 5)? A predisposing factor of venous thrombosis is stasis so erythrocytes are also there?

AS far as i know the First 4 Choices r for Arterial Clot, so 5 is the possible answer. except if it were RBCs,WBCs,n Platelets

cool NNL

Venous clots primarily consist of coagulated blood(coagulation factors, erythrocytes and platelets) while arterial clots are primarily composed of aggregated platelets.and

Venous clots most frquently develop in stasis setting, while arterial clots develop over atherosclerotic plaques or site of turbulance(injury to teh vessel endothelium predisposes to platelet adhesion)

Arteial clots are paler than venous thrombi b/c they are primarily composed of platelets.

Asprin inhibits platelet aggregation and primary agent used in arterial clots

venous clots consiss of coagulation factors and clotted blood so treated with heparin or warfarin to prevent venous thrombosis.
