A 23 yr old man comes to ER b/c he awoke this morning with double vision and discomfort behind his eye.this is 1st time he experienced this ,PE shows abnormalities limited to eyes and mild subjective numbness of right cheek.when asked to look straigth ahead his rt eye is positined down n out.diplopia improves by looking to right and worsens to left. when aske dto look at his nose his left eye looks down and in but right eye does not depress or rotate.the right pupil is dilated and sluggish reactive,and right lid droops.Fundi is benign.
what anatomical localization fits here?
1.III nerev palsy
2. IV nerve palsy
3. VI nerve palsy
4.cavernosa
5.horner syndrome

Pretty down right simple - 1.
While we are at it Cavernosa contains CN3, 4, 5a, 5b, 6 + internal carotid artery.
"subjective numbness of right cheek" <= lesion of infraorbital nerve of maxillary nerve.
BTW what does "Fundi is benign" mean?
