Neisseria...MC in age 1-18, and very common in crowded locations (dorms, barracks, etc.). he is older, but the history is better for Neisseria.

nothing

h influenzae since his immunization is not complete

I bet on neisseria, althrough "the imunization is not complete"

H.influenzae is most likely.
If there is similar problem with other soldiers n.meningitidis

Neisseria Meningitidis is the correct answer.
I really dont understand why such a straight forward simple question is missed by some people.
As one of the students correctly pointed out, this is THE most common agent in the given age group, and more so in crowded conditions. That his condition of not being fully immunized does not matter here. There is always some sort of ambiguity in board questions , and they do test how confident you are about your factual information.
Adenovirus in choices should have made life difficult ,but then I DID NOT INCLUDE THAT.
congrats to those who got it correct.
Sorry, I should have been more responsible , and should have posted the answer a lot earlier than I actually have.
