I can't believe I'm done. and I just CANT BELIEVE how much easier this stupid exam really is.....!!!!!!!!
YES YES YES, Its soooooooooooo soooooooooo sooooooooo fair.
Exactly like UW. But hey...UW IS fair. We are doctors and we should DEFINITELY know that much stuff.
OMG!!! cant believe I'm done. And unlike a lot of ppl had a lot of energy before..during and after the exam , could have easily done 2 more blocks.
This exam is NOT draining, NOT scary and DEF. NOT difficult.
BUT u have to know the whole kaplan for it.(about 4 times) Really....ALL the exam(about 85%) was from kaplan....and rest 10% was general knowledge which ALL doctors should know...general everyday stuff. and 5% were insane, bakwas qs.
AND UW helps a hell lot. If you do kaplan and then do UW time pressured...U'r all set. I wasnt drained at all may b cz I sat for a 7 hr exam before once, so it sort of gave the idea.
And Exam experiences are relative to your prep. You think the exam is easy if you have done a good prep. So a lot of ppl might not agree with me.
There were a lot of qs which I might have got wrong only b.c I told u ppl I couldnt study in this month properly so didnt revise kaplan....Everything basically revolved around kaplan...But little more on mechanism and hard core memorisation stuff is a lot too ( unlike what a lot of ppl say)
I was extensively tested on:
Micro, Pharm, patho....and all 3 I hadnt revised.
Even after getting so many qs wrong , I'm happy that the exam is easy and not something to waste ur life over. I knw I could have done a lot lot better if I had the heart to revise but I just didnt.
I just feel sooooooo gooood.
I repeat again n again....
This exam is NOT hard. There wasnt one single qn which was something out of the ordinary except for a V/Q scan on which I made a wild guess  but heyy....such qs which ppl come back and write r the hardest ones...which dont form the bulk of the exam.
Bulk is EASY, big time!!!! believe me....(about 25-30 qs on every block are easy)
But plz....Only for those who do kaplan thoroughly...
I wish I could tell u ppl how perfect kaplan is...If you've done kaplan good enough u wont need to do FA...But FA is just a good last minute resivion sort of book.
I thank all of you for supporting me. I really can't thank you enough....ALL of you.
Some ppl are getting offended by this experience , so I repeat ..This is just MY experience, I'm not generalizing here.

Hehe no 99 for me....never askd God for this. Need a 90...hope I make it...My nbme says I might have a chance of getting 91 Hope so. Made A LOT of mistakes...but no use telling ppl how bad you did. I like making things easier for ppl. I made mistakes b/c Of my own lack of revision , not b/c the exam was hard....It was easy.
SO I wish all those who have yet to take the exam..to b extremely relaxd and believe in God.
My dad said, Honey You've done the best you could , now leave all to Allah. So I did just that and yes HE relaxed me. HE made me feel great. even though I kept on makiing mistakes HE kept me cool and sort of non-chalant. So I just breezed thru it , b/c of my faith .I have no shame in telling ppl that I found the exam very easy only b.c of HIS grace.
I really dont knw how I did. AllI always cared about was NOT getting tensed up during the exam b/c that makes me hate doing qs
I felt like I was playing trivia.....

Hope to see you with atleast 235 on three digit score....b/c it seems toooo nice to be true !
Im not saying i dont believe is easy if you know Kaplan inside out,lets just wait and see !
Congrats for taking it out off your way !!!
And honestly hoping to hear atleast 235 !

Thanks lucky all.
I like to see the glass half ful land not half empty..People come out of the center thinking of their mistakes...I came out thinking of what I did right. I just blocked those that I got wrong. I got the easiest ones wrong. But like I said...I see the glass half full...so its all good.
235 is too much. I dont think I deserve this much. I didnt revise so I shudnt b gettin this score...Anything with number 9 infront is good.

You will get an AWESOME score inshallaah. I hope you did sleep before the exam.
I have approximately 3 months before the exam. I have done one reading of all subjects from KLN and second of physio. Rest I am doing KME and FA. I have done Goljan second time too. Nowadays I am doing Q bank and UW alongwith text. What would you suggest me at this point?

Hey....ur doin great...
Do kaplan q-bank first...and revise kaplan again (secnd read)
then do UW with 3rd read
do a 4th reading of kaplan (plz dont forget this one...I didnt do it and suffered a bit)
and do it jaldi jaldi in 15days...during this time take a note of things you keep on forgettin and add to FA. Then last 5 days do FA..but go immediately and sit for the exam, there shud not b a long break btw ur doing kaplan and the exam....
I hope u understand how imp. kaplan is. I really wudnt suggest surrounding urself with too much material..The exam was extremely "kaplan" ....but kaplan a-bankis just good practice..Exam feels a lot like UW in being vague.
and I did sleep straight 8 hrs I know that it is one of the reasons of my not feeling tired

im sorry i disagree... this exam is certainly not easy and anyone who wants to cool off their prep thinking its easy will suffer in the exam. yes there is an equal distribution of questions very easy, easy, moderate and hard. but my experience is that in each block u can do 25-30 qs on ure preparation, another 10 qs using ure knowledge indirectly some 5 qs with extreme brainstorming at that time for which u hardly get time and another 5-10 qs per block which are insanely hard. u will also get about two blocks in which the hard questions make the bulk of the block but dont get disappointed by those blocks since everyone gets them.
I agree with the post starter that dont kill ureself over the exam but i diasagree that this exam can be done with a happy go lucky attitude. u have to prepare well at least go over kaplan three times so that at least u dont get the questions u know wrong..yes dont take extra tension but go over course at least three times, use robbins pathology book and usmle world and q book. u should do well
