4 days old male child was brought with complaints of irritability , refusal of feeds and seizures. seizures were sudden in onset,focal, clonic , and associated with episodes of apneoa. on examination, patient was febrile,103F ,and has no neck rigidity. brudzinski sign was not elicitable. a diagnosis of meningitis was made and physician was informed that his mother did not have antenatal care regularly and her immunization status isNOT COMPLETE. which isthe most likely agent to have caused the illness in this child?
