why not 3 neurofibromatosis because axillary frackling occour in neurofibromatosis.i am no sure about my answer,any comments appreciated.thanks

Hypo-pigmented patchy lesions are not seen in NF and Axillary freckling/Cafe-au-lai spots can be seen in TS,even though it is pathognomonic of NF-1. Hope this helps
