A 7- YEAR-old girl presents with recurrent generalized tonic-clonic seizures.examination reveals multiple hypopigmented skin lesions,frackling in axilla and scoliosis of the spine.which one of the following is the most likely diagnosis?
1)tuberous sclerosis
2)sturge-weber disease
3) neurofibromatosis

why not 3 neurofibromatosis because axillary frackling occour in neurofibromatosis.i am no sure about my answer,any comments appreciated.thanks

Hypo-pigmented patchy lesions are not seen in NF and Axillary freckling/Cafe-au-lai spots can be seen in TS,even though it is pathognomonic of NF-1.
