A 9-month-old infant on routine physical examination is found to have the following blood pressure readings.in the left arm 80/40 mmHg and the right arm 100/80mmHg.which one of the following clinical signs would you find on physical examination?
1) a systolic murmur in the aortic area
2) unobtainable bloodpressure in both legs

Agree, this is (1) - the coarctation right after right brachiocephalic trunk or after left common carotid artery (most likely) but before left subclavian artery

1 .. il guess the BP is low at lower extre but not unobtainable

Yep...Coarc...pressures are decresed in legs, but not unobtainable...if the Ductus was also open, then there would be cyanosis and unobtainable pressures on legs.
