Agree, this is (1) - the coarctation right after right brachiocephalic trunk or after left common carotid artery (most likely) but before left subclavian artery

Yep...Coarc...pressures are decresed in legs, but not unobtainable...if the Ductus was also open, then there would be cyanosis and unobtainable pressures on legs.
