hi i mailed to permit departmenet of ECFMG to know the status of my form 186 but they replied me that official siganature is not valid and official either did not mention the date ,month ,and year so we are unable to process your application anyway according to them go to iwa and reprint and then send once again without following error .As when i saw the photocopy of my form 186 siganture is present but no specification of date,month ,and year by the official so what can i do i will have to submit once again and then they show my status most of the things is going wrong now a days why i dont knoqw can anybody tell me is there any problem in my case or just send with date,month and month flawless form and i will have to submit my form 345,and 344 once again because they didnot mention me these form or how many photograph will i have to send once again kindly reply because i m already too late for my examinations and my dead line is 19th may thanks

I hate to say this But u have Asked this Question on a wrong day cos its Friday in US n if it Were Possible for Any of us we cud have called them and asked them ur query but Alas u will have to wait for the WKend n then on Monday any of us can call n ask but i strongly urge u to Call them up ask them Via Phones they will tell u th eentire process n ur further queries. I Know its a Lot of Hassle calling from Outside US but in this CAse Plz BEAR THE BOTHERATION.
AS Far AS i Know U will only have to Send ur FORM 186 only. ANd if this is ur second application ( Previously all ur documents have been approved then they only ask for Form 186) Otherwise Just Send them the Flawless Form 186 n then Call them on Monday n see if they need anything else.

agree with new n lost....just send them form 186...as soon as possible ,on monday call them and ask them if they want anything else...

I have resent it and waiting for their response too. I may email them on Monday to tell me yes or no. Last time they sent me by mail which took 3 weeks to reach me.

hi great usmle aspirants and thanks alot for your quick and prompt response GOD bless all of you thanks thanks well i would like to share the errors on my form 186 and ECFMG is absolutely right to mention these flaws but basically these flaws are not mine but the flaws are related to the my college officials .1 )in form 186 a college seal present there but unfortunately not signed by the official so IT is no 1 error and the second one is official did not mention the date maonth and year so they didnot process my application and mention these errors .i would like to ask as still ECFMD didnot mention me in form 345 and form 344 i wrote by my hand not by print so i dont want to spend my more precious money on courier so can anybody tell me is that as they didnot mention and mention only the errors in my form 186 so there is no need to send form 344 and form 345 because i wrote those forms by my ballpen or by hand writing kindly reply this specially joydoc plz reply and any experienced member or even any moderators of this form thanks in advance and all the best

ummm.. im guessing there is an hr or more diff btw the us and pakistan .. so call after or around 10:30 at nite...pst
the number is on the ecfmg home page..sorry i dont remember it rite now...

Im experiencing this sort of a problem too...I received a letter tellin the translation of my medical diploma and marriage certificate was not signed by an official !! its a word by word translation done by a professional office and signed by a notary !! I wonder how more official they want it to be  Ill call them on monday

Maybe a Particular Place they Were Looking to be signed or soemthing its always better to call them n ask them.
