4 years old male child was brought with complaints of headache and seizures. seizures were sudden in onset, generalised tonic clonic seizures and assoicated with incontinence. on examination, patient was febrile,103F ,and has neck rigidity. brudzinski sign was postive. a diagnosis of meningitis was made and physician was informed that his immunization status isNOT COMPLETE. which isthe most likely agent to have caused the illness in this child?
