steroids are mainly indicated to avoid non-communicating hydrocephalus.. to prevent adhesions forming at the foramen of Magendie, Luschka or other places in the CSF flow. I know that neural involvement of TB can be real bad and steroids are indicated. Since, it is not listed, I am not sure which one to select :?
