you need to write an application to the principal requesting mspe known as 9 letters in DMC. You need to send the Grade book orignal, copies of mark sheets , copy of mbbs degree, copy of you ID card along with your application. Have some one do it for you if u cant go yourself.

I have that 9 letters but when I sent them to ERAS, they did not put them as MSPE????????//Do I need to send all of 9 letters???????/The what is the Dean's Letter???????

I lost my ward book and they are not high tech enough to keep their own record. So I could not get those nine letters.
Instead I had only Dean's letter as mspe.
when you send documents to ECFMG for ERAS, you need to attach them together with cover letter or sticky mentioning them as mspe. If you have all 9 of them then you can send the Pricipals letter with Dean's letter coversheet. I hope it explains.
