ECG--> Q waves in III and aVF, 2mV ST dep in leads V3 to V6, and 1mV ST segment elevation in V1. though I understand various ECG changes and infarct location they denote, here in explaination they say that the ECG is 'nondiagnostic" I want to know when do we label an ECG to be nondiagnostic? thanks 1. The eKG is non-diagnostic because Q wave represents old infarct, 2. 1 mm elevation does not count, you need 2 mm 2 small box to show there is an infarct !
