How are the ways to get Green card during residency while on H1b visa?
Can your own hospital/university sponsor it for you? Thnx

Some hospitals will, and others will sponsor just the H1 for 6 years and then you have to look for a GC sponsor...
The best thing that you can do is to contact a migration lawyer once you are working under the H1 and ask for your probabilities according to your employer or other factors...
