Took in Phila, had 12 patients, First neuro case didnt finishe, did all PE, but didnt councel. All cases finished in time, in PN forgot to mention some finding, but honestly not that serious. My problem was one case, where the scenario i didnt read in any book or UW, so i was confused, and didnt do proper physical, then by mistake i took otoscope and check eyes, i mean fundoscopy!!! with it, then when i finished i got it, and she saw it, i was like: what did i do??????? but i didnt have much time, so i put new speculum and check ear, nose etc. can you imagine? i was shoked, the rest its like dream, dont remember what i did else, but i councel here she asked me 3 times Q about insurance, i think i answered o'k, and time was out. In PN i had mental block bcs of what happened, so im sure i got Dx wrong, but honestly case was so weird and diff. Thats all about it. I took Kaplan 5 day course, it was very good, it expensive but very very helpful. Thats all.

I also toke the kaplan cs course....my exam is may 30th....can you tell me about your the 3 area scores from kaplan practice test. My ICE score was low because of patient note....59
