HI I AM IMG MY STEP 2 IS ON JUNE LAST WEEK 07 AND STEP 2CS ON AUGUST CAN I APPLY FOR VISA BEFORE STEP 2 CK OR RESULT OF STEP 2 CK. PLEASE HELP

Yes, you can. These are 2 different things, visa and exams.

Apply for B visa... take your exam in Aug... extened the visa... take another exam whenevere yo can. You can be on toursit visa for one year maximumly.

thank you for your help when should i apply for tourist b1 visa my step 2 ck is in india in last week of july and step 2 cs in us on 23 august
