Hi! I am also an IMG. From personal experience, the official will ask to see score sheets for step 1 and 2ck, and a letter from ecfmg that you are to come for the purpose of 2CS exam. It is not 100% though. Some of my class have gotten a visa with the ecfmg letter and not showing the official any score sheets. It is different for everyone. All the best to you!
