I passed CS. i took it on 26th Jan LA
Cases were standard. SP were nice - 1 acted abnormal as per his script.
FA is best. UW is like icing on cake.Practice is the key. I want to thank my wife for constant support and being my favorite patient. I also want to thank Dr. Apurva and Ajay who have been my dummy patients. I discussed with Dr. apurva I hope he passes with flying colors.

I think i took more than required time for this exam but I am an old IMG and was scared about spending 1200 more and the attempt.

Closure has lot of points -- Counsel - It is most important to conclude and counsel so please keep last 4 minutes- you may skip some examination. Remember it is focussed physical exam. ( please start counsel 1 minute after the 5 min warning. Shake hands/ greet while leaving as per your case.

Do Not shake hands with Shoulder pain and acute abdomen case.

History -- LIQORAAA - if pain

OAAA - for other symtoms.
Onset
Alleviate factor
Aggrav Factor
Associated ( H/o Etiology) of the symptom

The usual trend is PAMHUGS FOSS should be done. Let me say that you dont get so much time. PAM F & O ( female ) are most important . Complete PAM HUGS FOSS if it is a psychiatric case or Female with menstrual problems.

Note- Child case- Mother or Father can come and can also be a phone case.
It goes like- 5 cases- break-4 cases - break-3 cases. Done.
Time is important. We get enough time for patient Note. Dont worry.

Timed Practice of 20-25 cases and reading FA helps a lot. UW is very good.
