I have been lurking for the past several weeks, while I've been waiting for my score. I took the exam on 3-2 and 3-3, and saw that the score was reported today (3-28). The dean's office at the medical school had my score and they told me I made 89/217!!! Much higher than I expected when I left the test. I am an American med grad, and a 2nd year IM resident. I studied pretty hard for steps 1 and 2 and scored 212 and 225 respectively. For step 3 I studied much less - only a couple hours a night. I read Crush Step 3 and did QBank. I did all the QBank questions (around 1200) and only did them only once. Final score was 61%. On my test, I thought the MCQs were about as expected. I did not think I did well on the CCS. One patient with newly diagnosed HIV and pneumonia never got better. Another patient with back pain and compression fractures also did not improve much. I think only 5/9 of my CCSs finished early - and I thought I may not have passed the test. But, like step 1 and 2, I did better than I thought. I would advise people not to blow this test off - it was hard. But do not kill yourself. I would have prepared more for the CCSs knowing what I know now. Good luck
