Hi to all:
if someone has done clinical research associate course, will it help in finding residency? will that clinical research experience matter?
If someone does CME courses online, do theymatter, if yes what is the best CME source?

If you have done research, the letter of recommendations is important. If you don't have those letter, research does worth nothing.
CME course has very very little effect on your CV.
