hey everyone
i have been doing USMLE World for about four days now and i have been scoring around 60% at an average.the question is,is this usually the score or more appropriately is it a good score?or is there some other way of interpreting it?

Pretty good score actually. Some people have given conversions like 2.39*UW+84 or some crap (putting you around 230), but I doubt the accuracy. I like looking at my score vs average. You figure that the avg score for the USMLE is around 215, with more people earlier in their studies doing the questions. I would say that the average score of the average taker on UW would be around 200 (assuming they would take the boards then and there). See if that gives you an idea....

I had 55% on usmleworld and real test was 207/84. I think you'll reach 90, at least. Good luck!

How you compare UW with the test?

When I did UW, I had done Kaplan Q-bank already. So I did not study the questions I knew, only the ones I did not, and I did not repeat the questions, 55% was my initial result. The explanations were what I used the most in UW. I think the pictures were great.

I have notice that for some people the formula 2xUW%+84= 3 DIGIT SCORE, understimates most of the time.
So I will use 2xUW%+70= 3 DIGIT SCORE
2x48+70= 166
So it push me to the maximun, so i can PASS this test.
Its better to overprepared and think that you have the  test
Also Ihave notice Alot of people scoring lower than what they got on NBME 1,2
BUT scoring close to what they got with NBME 3
About Nbme 4 I havent hear people doing correlations.
