I really bored about UW .
I don't what to do and sad about wasting time for use it.
yesterday I had the problem about download software and today I had problem about opening the test exam .
when I create the first exam . The software said "The software has encountered a suspicious process. Your test has been terminated. An email has been sent to administrator with the suspicious process name and your user id. If you think this is in error, please contact the administrator at support@usmleworld.com"
Then I email to administrator and check in "help" information in UW website to set everything same as they tell us , but nothing better . no reply email from UW and I already loss my time one day. Really sad to confront with this problem
Has anyone met this problem before . I don't know how to activate the software and doing my test that I never done any one question.
If anyone can help me pls tell me quickly.because I've already loss my mind to UW.

hi, i had the same problem wen i got mine but its easy to solve. If they havent replied by now, give them a call and they will help you thru it. thats wat i did. good luck.
