iam applying for PA licence ,one of thier requirements is transcript ,
1.can anybody tell me wht does it include a part from our scores??
2.does transcript have to be orginal or jus a attested copy will do?
3.whts medical school curriculum ?
please if anybody has any idea abt it help me here

For IMG applicants for USMLE, the guidelines for Medical school transcript are given at ECFMG website.
I dont know what you are applying for needs the same thing or not.
For my transcript my medical school provided:
1. Name of candidate with verification of the name of medical school and it's address
2. Starting date and end date till you attended medical school
3. Scores in all the final exams taken in medical school
4. Number of hours & weeks of clinical rotations that started from 2nd year like medicine , general surgery etc with dates that we attended them like:
Name of clinical rotaion
Hospital location
Time & date of clerkship
Hrs/week
Total Weeks of credit
Sign of dean /registrar
AS far as copy/original is needed -------------the medical school gives you the original transcript and then you submit whatever the licensing authority is asking for original/ copy. You can call them and ask specifically if they have not mentioned it clearly.

I think the attested copies of diploma, transcript and medical school cirriculum should be sent by your medical school along with the medical verification form which will be filled by the dean of your school.
Medical school cirriculum includes all the syllabus during 5 years of your school. Everything should be attested including the cirriculum.
