What type of hypersensitivity reaction occurs in:

Hyperacute rejection: Type 2?
Acute : Type 4
Chronic: type 3...



This is just my knowledge....might b wrong..
can anybody give me an accurate answer?

Hyper Acute = Type 2
Acute(Antibody mediated) = Type 2
Acute( Cell Mediated) = Type 4

Chronic = dont know they havent Mentioned it anywhere i looked

Chronic is i guess Type 2 cos its casued by intimal thickening of vessels n its probably antibody mediated.

Hey, in chrnoic they say fibrinoid necorisis in FA....acc. to goljan anythng type 3 is fibrinoid necrosis?????

chronic rejection, Antibody-mediated vascular damage (fibrinoid necrosis); occurs months to years after transplantation; irreversible ...

hmm
in chronic rejection every kind of reaction except type I is involved, antibodies, immune complexes and cellular activation.
besides is it given any where that at one time exclusively only one reaction from body is active.nod
