just trying to compare universties, education, tuitions here and there ... cuz i have new experience with these issues ... cuz i looked all around for good universities (from pacific to pacific )

if you're asking about King Edward Med. College (KEMC) it is #1 in pakistan and has a pretty good percentage of foreign students, especially from the middle east. As far as the other medical colleges in the country are concerned they are just as good, which is why you come across so many pakistani doctors abroad. these other med. colleges also have a fairly large number of foreign students.
but the bottomline is how much are you as an individual willing to work hard on your studies and how badly do you want to get your MD and make a career in this field. no doubt, your basic education does play a role to an extent, but ultimately it's you and your potential that's gonna make it.

Thats true but when you arnt doing really good on the 2nd half you would like atleast to be happy with the first half !!!
