I wonder if we gotta reply 185 right Qs out of that 300 real Qs or out of 350 all I mean does the right experimental Qs count ?!??!?!?

i just read this one. so it is not correct to say that one correct answer gives you one point. http://www.prep4usmle.com/forum/comments.php?id=3... 1. 3-digit score isn't the number of correctly answered questions out of all 350. there is some correlation between the number of correctly answered questions and 2-digit score: 60-70% (for explanation of this range, read the first sentence of the item 2) of correct answers will give you the passing 2 digit score - 75 There are 350 questions (100%) on step 1, so you have to answer 210-245 questions (60-70%) correctly to pass the exam.

But remember that 50 of these questions are thrown out, and not included in the calculation of the score.
