In my last 600 questions or so in USMLE WORLD I have been scoring in the 60's frecuentlly and couple of times in the 70's(only2 times) and married with the 50's% ad my % in this last 600 questions is a 56%, but because I started with really low% my cum % IS 48.
Now they said that you need to be in 55% to at least pass the test.
anyone can give me theire opinion or sugestions
Most of the people that I see that pass the test they score more than 55% IN UW.
I feel so depress

Give An NBME form it will be the best predictor of ur Exm score n show how much u r prepared for teh exmm Plus u will know ur weaknesses.

Thanks for the suggestion.
I took one at the beginign of this month and did NBME 4 and got a 330 
but I was getting 40's and 50's in UW, I dont want to take another one and score below 450.
So I might take another one in april.
Who else can give me there suggestions, or if you have seen anyone with a 48cum in UW pass the test

I agree with new.You know it is still good to rely on NBME than on UW for assesment of progress.UW is best used as study tool as recomended by many and this purpose is emphasized by the authorities themselves. If I were you I will not be scared to again take NBME and better know where I am standing.That is in fact what I did too.

thanks for the tips, I will just aproach it like NBME 4=330 and try really really hard.
Yesterday I actually finish the UW and the % was 48 cum.
So now I will redo it, and try to learn more
lets hope for the best
