Does anyone suffer from this. After takin the nbmes which everyone said were accurate predictions, i feel like im gonna be the first exception to this rule and completely foul out. I felt like the real thing was so much harder, and now that im sober thinking about questions. Im looking up stuff that i got wrong. Completely depressed, lots of silly little mistakes. And im wondering since people have different exams that the curves can either help you are break you. Anyone else feel like this. This waiting for the exam score is gonna be so killer. I always want to know immediately how i did, especially if i feel i did bad. Has anyone heard of people doing well on the nbmes and completely bombing the real exam??? really scared and anxious right now , well laters

Dude for what I have seen and heard that is totally normal, besides you tend to remember the ones you got wrong or were to hard

silly mistakes meaning when a question states continuous murmur you choose an answer that is not continuous simply cause of time, pressure, stress, and mental block. I know ive screwed up at least 5 questions like that for sure.

its only five questions. its all out of your hands now, there's no sense worrying over that anymore. preparing for the exam is already a mental, emotional and physical torture, give your self a break. just pray, you know it can move mountains. and keep telling yourself that you pass the exam, it will attract the positive energy.

yah i agree with you. thats what everyone back here is telling me. But it sucks when you invested so much of your time/life in one lousy test, and have no idea of the outcome, and are plagued by lil mistakes you make. Especially if youre ocd like myself

dont you worry, we all go thru SAME ALL feelings, each of us at our own time !!! Dont you see it ? read recent exam exper... once score comes in, the test taker is happy andmoving on, then anotherone goes thru ALL SAME misery... I guess this is the only way to feel good and content at the end of the road when looking back and saying " wow, i didnt know i could go thru all that " .. So right now, you should just rest your mind, bc pretty soon, another USMLE test ( wichever you want CS, CK) will wait for you

Hey fajar, I know your feelings. I sat the exam april 11th. I took all 4 NBMEs--did ok (average mid 230s) Did all of UW. I walked into the exam feeling relatively ok, and then.....once I began the exam all that feeling ok disapeared. Midway through the exam I wanted to curl into a fetal position, and afetr I walked out I felt like I was in a cage with an 800lb gorilla. I have no idea how I did. I felt like I guessed on more than half the questions. At this point there is no reason to lament so I kind of came to terms that it is over and the waiting begins. Godo luck
