Hey guys,
I had my exam on Mar 22, 2007.
It was a difficult exam.
There were some easy questions, you dont even have to think of the answer. But most of the questions aren't that long. But there were long questions too.
If you guys have any questions ask me, i will let you know.
I think USMLE world and FA are good sources.
Had couple of calculation questions, 1) Specificity (straight forward)
2) Alveolar ventilation.

Some images circle of Willis angiogram, CN gross picture, Spinal cord asked what level is that from.
around 5 questions in gout - relationship with Thiazide, Colchine MoA, Acute Rx. Indomethacin,

also, i had a lot of ethics questions. some of them are wired.

Biochem wasnt tested that much, which was one of my storngest.
Anatomy was reasonable.
Pharm was tested
Had some questions from Endocrinology, mainly Ca levels and PTH in every possible ways.
Had an image of Osteoclast - asked about Parafolicular cells of Thyroid.

Hi doc sadaf, I cant really tell you wat is a good book to study for MRI's and CTs.
I just looked @ images from the FA, Neuro high yield and kaplan anatomy book.
Also, i had some experience from Rotations. I hope this would help you.

Doc sadaf,
For Pharm, I just looked @ the FA, and USMLE world. For CNS and ANS drug, i studied the Lippincott's. I think that is good enough.
I heard Kaplan is good too. I didnt read it.
One of the question i couldnt get was Anthrax Prophylactic Rx.?????
