Hi dear Joseph:
DO not be so upset because I had similar experience like you in a few of my tough medical exams ( not USMLE), in the way that after the exam session I felt like I will never pass, and at last, I passed with a high score! So do not be too upset because many off your answers that you r not sure about them may be correct!

thanks a lot hedieh..appreciate the support..and to knightinblue..i actually emailed the usmle..you can do so also..just goto usmle.org..and they will send you the statistic..that is how i knew the exact university the student went to..good luck

yeaa like hedieh...whenever I came out of the room with wet eyes I did good and whenever I was euphoric I was like damn bad :S hope the same happens to you...
I dont know how to feel LOL I read your experience yesterday girl^interrupted and I was like yup !! see ...ull do it !! now Im having stomach cramps again 
may Allah meet us with the questions we best know the answer to in our exams

hey joseph,sorry for the delay, have not seen your posts.
However, I have my exam on Monday and will see, how wrong I am. I still believe that this exam tests concepts and understanding of medicine as a whole. If the Americans can do it after 1 year of medical school not beeing exposed to pts at all and having just a month off for studying, I think it is possible. My exams at home (in comperison to qbank and UW) were much more difficult and brainstorming.
This girl who scored that high is from Europe (like me) and I believe her, because she had also unbeliveable average grade.
