hemochromatosis and hemosiderosis
What kind of cardiomyopathy pt will have?
i had two version of answers, confused.

Hemochromatosis = Dilated cardiomyopathy, Congestive Heart Failure

Hemosiderosis = Right Heart Failure due to Pulmonary Hypertension.

Plz let me know wht answers u have come up with in regards to Hemosiderosis cos i only RHF in Children in Adults hemosiderosis is a Transfusion overload problem which will result in Cardiomyopathy probably DCM not sure on this point.

Dilated cardiomayopathy is a complication of iron overload...both hemosiderosis and hemochromatosis

What ans and explainations U have?
