i think its D, but why not A? we do the exercise test for sure on those who have CAD and all that...but this pt doesn't have those complaints. he's going from being a couch potato to a marathon runner (figure of speech) - perhaps he needs guidance and needs to be eased into his choice of exercise activities?

d, chemamr, maybe this 5 yo explanation will help. the point is this individual has many risk factors for CAD .. so first step is to do an ECG, if negative, we go further with an stress test to resurface any hidden CA ischemia under stress.
