Stable angina
or Unstable angina
or MI

i think that it is impossible to answer to that question because a patient who has angina at "rest"....it coul be unstable angina and/or MI!!!! :?:

answer should be acute coronary synd that will include unstable angina/MI as u cant differentiate these two
