a patient with ptosis and inability to turn the eye up, down, or inward. At rest, the eye is deviated down and temporally, and the iris sphincter may be involved or spared. He has a history of an aneurysm, and his eye does not constrict. What nerve is lesioned, AND which artery

3rd cranial nerve and posterior communicating artery aneurysm.
